I’m an Integrative Intersectional Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist in Advanced Training, with a strong belief in the power of human connection and each person’s capacity for change.
At the heart of my work sits intersectionality — an understanding that our experiences are shaped by the many parts of who we are, such as our culture, race, gender, sexuality, class, and life experiences. I hold this awareness at the core of my practice, offering a space where all aspects of your identity are acknowledged, respected, and safe to explore.
I believe we all have the potential to grow, heal, and reshape the stories we hold about ourselves, the world.I’ve supported people experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. You may come with something specific, or just a sense that things don’t feel quite right — both are welcomed.
I work collaboratively, at your pace, meeting you as a whole person rather than a problem to be fixed, always respecting your individuality and autonomy. I offer both short term and long term therapy. Areas I work in include anxiety, depression, low self esteem or C-PTSD.
