I provide counselling for people between the ages of 14 and 25 who struggle with emotional or relational aspect of being an adolescent of young adult. I help with issues such as; depression, anxiety, stress, self-harm, trauma, self-worth, eating disorders, anger management, abuse, relationship difficulties, descrimination and racism, Parental divorce, bullying, exam pressure, self steem and more. I am a culturally responsive, equipped to address a range of cultural and racial experiences, offering support that is tailored to my client's unique needs.
I provide counselling for different types of people with a variety of issues including relationships with their friends and family school or working life, depression, anxiety, self-harm or suicidal thoughts, problems related to self-esteem, eating difficulties, and experiences of abuse and trauma, including violence, family break-up, bereavement.
