I am Delphine a qualified Systemic Psychotherapist and Family & Couple Psychotherapist, accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Association of Family and Systemic Psychotherapy (AFSP), with over 20 years’ experience working in the NHS and in private practice.
I offer therapeutic support to children, young people, parents, couples, adults and families experiencing relationship difficulties, communication problems, emotional distress and life transitions.
I work with individuals and groups facing challenges such as:
relationship conflict and breakdown,
communication difficulties,
separation, divorce and step-family life,
parenting challenges and family stress,
loss, bereavement and life transitions,
anxiety, depression, self-harm and emotional distress,
illness, trauma and major life changes,
& migration.

I aim to create a safe, respectful and confidential space where people feel able to talk openly, explore challenges and find new ways forward.
