Hello, I'm Deirdre and I'm a qualified and accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist from Portstewart providing support to clients from the Coleraine, Portrush, and Limavady areas from The Roe Valley Therapy Centre in Limavady and ZGBTST in Coleraine. Sessions are face to face, online or telephone. Whatever is troubling you, I will always treat you with empathy, respect, warmth and confidentiality.
I work for an addiction service as well as having my own private practice working with adults and young people who may be experiencing a broad range of issues. Whether you're suffering from anxiety, struggling with bereavement and loss or going through overwhelming life changes I can work alongside you to help you find the resolutions you need.
