Understanding our story leads to healthy connection with ourselves and our environment. Without this connection, emotional and physical suffering prevail. Entering into the therapeutic relationship takes courage and commitment because it means exploring unknown territory. It's a journey of self discovery and awareness that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Ultimately though, it is liberating and restorative. Mind, Body and Soul find new balance in co-regulation.
