About
Would you like a Safe Space to Speak Freely and Explore whatever is on Your Mind? As an experienced and registered Psychotherapist, I have worked with a diverse range of people struggling with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, feelings of sadness, loneliness and emptiness, low self-esteem and confidence, and difficulties in relating. I would work to help you make sense of your feelings, moods, behaviour and motivations. Helping you understand and resolve your difficulties by increasing awareness of your inner world and its influence over your relationship with yourself and others.
Areas of Interest include: Trauma. ADHD. Harmful, Destructive and Risky behaviour, Mind-Body connection. I provide a safe, confidential, professional and non-judgemental service, ensuring a comfortable place to talk, feel heard, explore and make sense of anything that may be troubling you. ADHD: Recognised and Endorsed by the ADHD Foundation.
It's completely natural to feel apprehensive and anxious when seeking therapy, it can be daunting, but it is the first step. The initial meeting will give you an idea of what it is like to sit with me as a therapist. It carries no obligation to commit, deciding the best therapy for you will require some thought and the initial session will help us with that.
