About
Are you are struggling with a difficult situation in life, feeling stuck perhaps with an issue from the past or present you need to confront. I will provide you the space to explore and better understand what you are dealing with. Whether it be relationship problems, life changes, dilemmas, anxiety, loss depression or low self-esteem, the opportunity this therapeutic relationship presents, having someone to talk to, is a chance for you to hear your voice, your values and opinions, most importantly being listened too.
Working from a person- centred approach I believe as individuals we all have the potential to make changes in our lives. I provide a warm, safe and confidential supportive environment in which to explore what is going on for you without judgement. The benefits of which is the opportunity for personal insight, emotional wellness and stability.
I understand how talking and being honest in the company of someone unfamiliar can feel daunting, and to begin with, the prospect of counselling can feel overwhelming, counselling as a process may not seem easy, it can feel like a roller coaster of emotions with you being its passenger. Together we will face what is troubling you at the pace you decide.
