I understand it can feel scary to think about contacting & talking to someone & I would hope to help you feel okay & safe in our initial chat. I'm an experienced psychotherapist & counsellor & we can work out together whether I'm the right therapist for you. I offer support for many issues including feelings of anxiety, low mood, bereavement, loss, trauma, depresssion, relationships, life transitions, or feeling empty in life. Counselling can be about seeking clarity, personal growth or working through confusing feelings.
A counselling relationship can develop personal growth. Therapy can help you to explore ‘here and now’ issues or things that have been troubling you for a long time. I offer both short & long term therapy and we can discuss together what feels right for you. I am also an experienced, trained, couples therapist who works with all relationship issues.
As an integrative therapist I have a range of skills I can use to support you, considering your unique needs, and enabling you to achieve what you would like from therapy. I have worked in charity settings, Primary NHS, and Secondary Mental Health NHS services. I have trained in Adult Therapy, Couples Therapy, and hold a MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy.
