Welcome. I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed at times and are finding it difficult to balance the challenges of everyday life. Does that sound like you?
Feelings of anxiety or low self esteem can make you feel at times helpless and misunderstood. You may have suffered a recent loss or trauma from which you feel 'stuck', you may be struggling to understand past or current experiences or relationships. There are many reasons why we need to reach out for help during times of confusion and pain and you do not have to face them alone.
I am an experienced Psychotherapeutic (Psychodynamic) Counsellor, also drawing upon other modalities. A career in the corporate sector within employee relations and running my own businesses means I understand the challenges and demands that individuals in these sectors face. I've a particular interest in the challenges facing older members of our society
