About
Person-Centred Counselling working with a variety of needs , Flexible appointments are offered for daytime, evenings and weekends. I work in Colchester and Clacton. I offer an empathic, non judgemental approach and am passionate about the counselling process. I believe in the the power of the therapeutic relationship to bring about empowerment and change and will work with you to facilitate this. I can offer couple counselling as well as individual and online counselling. Am happy to discuss your needs or any concerns regarding counselling and believe its important to find the right counsellor for you.
Counselling can enable you to move froward from any issues that make you feel unhappy in your life, it can help in a number of ways, it can provide a safe and confidential space to speak openly and through reflection can help you change your perspective of your situation. You can learn new coping skills and receive support to build confidence.
As a person-centred counsellor my style of practice will focus on you in a non-directive way. I believe within the counselling room there is no expert and we are both equally important, this i strongly feel is important as it allows you to feel comfortable, to be honest and share difficult thoughts and feelings as they arise without the fear of being judged
