I am a fully qualified experienced and accredited psychotherapist working with individuals and couples (since 1992). I am currently adding to my qualifications by training as a psychosexual therapist. My aim is to build a safe and holding space for a trusting relationship to develop where you can explore and share your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and problems/difficulties. I believe that you have many of the answers you are seeking within yourself.
I work with couples dealing with e.g. communication issues, affairs and sexual problems. I work with individuals experiencing mental health issues as well as personal and life issues. I help clients with sexual problems, including erectile/ejaculation difficulties, loss of desire, vaginismus, orgasmic issues, intercourse pain, compulsive sexual behaviour.
Within a collaborative relationship you will be given the space and support to explore and discover yourself and work towards healing aspects of yourself that you feel are stopping you from leading a happier and more fulfilled life. I understand that part of my role is to enable you to find answers and to facilitate you integrating them into your life.
