I work with young people aged 11+, adults and older adults from all walks of life. Counselling offers space to explore what is happening, understand yourself better, recognise your strengths and begin to make positive changes.
I support clients with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties and the impact of past experiences. I also have particular experience supporting adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, young people aged 11–25 and LGBTQ+ clients. Counselling is tailored to you and your individual needs.
