Hello and welcome to my profile I offer a warm therapeutic service. The first step to finding support is always the hardest so my aim is to create a relaxed and non-judgmental environment in which you feel comfortable and safe enough to take these first step in your journey. Counselling offers a collaborative way of working with a wide range of presenting difficulties and problems including stress/anxiety, overthinking/worry, family problems/relationships, bereavement/loss and trauma.
My practice provides the space to reflect on your position with someone who is not personally involved and who does not judge or criticise: giving you the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings and in doing so finding a way forward that you are comfortable with and at a pace that suits you.
