Are you constantly masking your neurodivergence until you feel entirely burnt out, or is your relationship with food and your body dictating your daily peace of mind? If you feel exhausted from trying to hold everything together, you are not alone.
I work with a diverse range of clients but find that most of my clients come to me with neurodiversity challenges or disordered eating. These clients wish to learn more about their condition and how this affects them, wishing to explore their concerns and find ways of accepting and/ or implementing strategies to help them more with every day life.
When working with disordered eating, we work collaboratively to look at where the difficulties may have arised, current issues that maintain these difficulties and explore together ways to make changes and meet the client goals going forward.
I have experience with a range of disordered eating such as obesity, anorexia, bulimia, ARFID and binge eating and I can offer a non judgemental space to look at the emotional and practical aspect of such difficulties. I am trainined in nutritional interventions and work together (and with a multi disciplinary team if required) to help you meet your goals.
