Starting counselling can feel like a big step, especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can feel safe, heard, and accepted - just as you are.
I work with adults, teenagers (aged 16+), and couples. I have an additional diploma in couples and relationship therapy. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, navigating relationship difficulties, or going through a big life change, we can explore it together. My approach is warm, caring, and down-to-earth. Each person has unique needs, and my sessions reflect that.
I have specialist training in loss and bereavement, and understand how many forms loss can take. It might be the death of someone close, the loss of a much-loved pet, a relationship ending, health issues, retirement, identity, or a sense of something missing. Grief can be complicated, unexpected, and overwhelming. Together we can make sense of how you feel.
