I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, relationship difficulties and other issues. I offer a 'holistic' way of working, exploring how the mind and body are connected by using different techniques and approaches. By the end of our therapeutic relationship you will leave feeling lighter, powerful and more confident. I will provide a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and any root causes whch may have led you to becoming 'stuck' or lose a sense of who you are.
I specialise in depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I also have a huge interest in nutrition and emotional eating disorders.
I work on a one to one basis. Usually once a week for 50 minutes.
