I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering open-ended individual therapy to adults, with sessions available in person, online, or by telephone. I am also a qualified Counselling Supervisor. I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space and work collaboratively to support understanding, clarity, and meaningful change. My integrative approach draws on person-centred, psychodynamic, and existential therapies, allowing us to explore current challenges, past experiences, and future aspirations at a pace that feels right for you.

I specialise in depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and cultural issues. I also have a huge interest in working with diet and nutrition.
