Finding what you truly need is rarely straightforward. As a therapist with a background as a palliative-trained GP, I offer a holistic understanding and experience in navigating the complexities of life's struggles. I have supported people through grief, (including suicide), trauma, life transitions, and worked extensively with the emotional and practical challenges that come with aging and cognitive decline—both for individuals and their families. Shame and self-doubt can make us believe that things cannot change, but everyone deserves to be heard with safety and without judgment, and to move toward a life that feels meaningful.
I practice Person-Centred Pluralistic Therapy. This means you as the expert in your life collaborating with the offer of my knowledge, insights and support. I use a trauma informed approach to ensure your safety. When words may be too hard or out of reach, there is the option of sand tray or creative therapies as a way of negotiating difficult emotions.
I’ll never push you beyond what you can manage or tell you who you should be. Together we’ll find a way that feels safe while exploring old patterns, painful emotions, or goals you want to reach.
