You're here looking for help - for someone to talk to who will really listen to you, because you are feeling distressed, and other sources of help don't exist or aren't working. My counselling offers a place of warm and accepting welcome, a space to say all you need to, and help to move beyond the distress you feel now toward wholeness. Your distress may be from a relationship - any relationship: in your family, with friends, in your work, or more generally with our society, or even the world. We each live in unique lives, and seek our own best way forward. We will work together to move beyond your distress.
My approach is Psychosynthesis. This is a model of transpersonal psychology which looks at the whole person - emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual aspects. It is sometimes referred to as 'soul work' because it includes consideration of the often-overlooked spiritual nature of a person. Psychosynthesis considers your past, present and future.
As a psychosynthesis counsellor, I can use other ways of exploring things with you besides words. I might invite you to draw and colour, join in guided meditation, or walk in the near-by park, for example.
