Hello, and welcome to Phoenix Counselling. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and you may be struggling to navigate the challenges you are facing. You might be anxious, lost and feeling hopeless and need someone to talk to who can help. I am a fully qualified and insured senior counsellor/psychotherapist based in Worcestershire. I offer you a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and feelings, understand your patterns of behaviour, find coping strategies and feel more empowered and in control of your life. I believe strongly in the importance of the counselling relationship and valuing you as a unique individual.
I am trauma informed and use a variety of counselling approaches depending on your individual needs which might include Psychotherapy, CBT, Creative and Mindfullness techniques, parts work or person centred talking therapy.
Making the decision to come for counselling can be hard, and you may be nervous about sharing your experiences, but as a trauma informed practitioner I work to your pace and will never push you to share more than you are ready to.
