I work primarily with Transactional Analysis (TA), a compassionate approach that helps us understand how we think, feel, and relate to others. Together, we explore your patterns, beliefs and emotional world with curiosity rather than judgment. I also work in an integrative way, blending different therapeutic approaches to suit your needs.

My role is to offer a space where you can explore what’s difficult while discovering new strengths, insights, and possibilities.
