Hi, I am a fully-qualified person-centred therapist with experience in working with a wide range of clients. I'm happy to work through whatever you choose to bring to sessions, and I can allow you space to explore your thoughts and feelings within a supportive therapeutic relationship.
I'm open to working with all client groups including couples, and I have lots of experience of working with neurodiversity, personal identity issues, depression, anxiety and anything related to parenting or family. I enjoy working with children, teenagers and young people.
I offer 50 minute sessions which can take place face-to-face or online. Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly and can continue for as long as you require them. Please contact me for further details on the services I offer. I would love to hear from you.
