Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed, tired of existing and not living? Is there something preventing you from moving forward? There are times in everyone’s life when things become too much and it is during these times it is important to know that you are not alone. I am passionate about supporting you to heal, to identify solutions and make changes, to help you to create a happier, healthier and peaceful life. I work with both adults and children, helping to overcome a wide range of emotional difficulties. I currently have limited availability for new clients from May and offer a free, no obligation consultation.
I am a person centered therapist and believe the therapeutic relationship between the Client and Therapist is what creates positive change but can offer an integrated approach where needed using both CBT and psychodynamic modalities. My approach is warm and down to earth and aims to create a relaxed and comfortable space for you to explore your difficulties.
I work face to face, online or over the telephone and I also offer a free, no obligation consultation as I realise that it can be a daunting experience to take that first step. This will help you to make an informed choice as to whether counselling is right for you or your child. Get in touch to see how i can support you. Limited availability from May 25
