Hello and welcome to my profile. I'm an experienced, qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor. Effective counselling can be life-changing and I offer warmth, care, sensitivity and support for adults of any age and background in person in SE1 and via Zoom. Our sessions will involve us working together to explore your thoughts, feelings, perceptions, experiences and meanings. Whether you are struggling with big life issues from the past (eg childhood, family), present (eg relationships, loss), long-term difficulties (eg anxiety, depression, self-esteem) or feel lost, low or unsure of how you feel, counselling with me can help.
