As an integrative counsellor, I provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. I believe that each person is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic models.
I work with adults, children and young people (8-17), facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, domestic abuse/coercive control, and suicidal thoughts. I have experience supporting neurodivergent clients and those within the LGBTQIA+ community. I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming environment.
