I work with what each client brings in a unique and individual way focusing on the therapeutic relationship as the vehicle for change. Being curious about human behaviour has resulted in my career in psychology. I have particular interest and expertise in helping individuals deal with change, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image challenges. I also offer clinical supervision to qualified and in training psychological therapists.
I have been in practice both privately and the NHS for the past 13 years. I am committed to providing therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor registered and accredited by the BPS and HCPC.
