Working with presenting issues, such as; anxiety, abuse, bereavement, exploitation, low mood, loss, Parenting & family dynamics, relationship concerns, self harm and many others. I also provide Clinical Supervision to therapists and practitioners.
I am Therapist, using Person-centred, Solution focused, CBT, Psycho-dynamic theories. Working with clients & implementing strategies/improving their wellbeing, whilst they find 'their' way. The theories I use, working with clients has given me invaluable knowledge & experience, enhancing my role as a therapist in the counselling room.
I am a caring, emphathic individual in my personal and professional life.. I am a Counsellor who believes in the process and what I do. It is very difficult and also brave to seek counselling or support... but throughout my experience and learning each day as a therapist ‘you’ do this because ‘you’ want to improve your life, ‘you’ dont want feel like this anymore.. ‘you’ want to have choices, be able to make decisions. At times ‘you’ feel that nothing is ever going to change. By working together, building a trusting and transparent relationship as therapist & client this can happen.
