I understand every client to be unique in their personality and needs, and that while one therapeutic approach may be very helpful for a particular person, for another it might not be. I aim to provide plenty of space for you to tell your story, placing a greater or lesser emphasis on your childhood, using more or less structured thinking and diagrams, or perhaps trying gentle but effective behavioural techniques. I have helped people with a wide range of difficulties such as stress, feelings of depression, low self-esteem, anxiety (including, phobias and panic attacks) and difficult relationship and workplace problems.
I work in a warm, supportive, open and collaborative way to make sure your voice is heard and respected and that you come to understand yourself; your needs, conflicts, anxieties, defences, and relational patterns on a much deeper level, enabling you to explore alternative ways of being and relating, to help bring you greater satisfaction and stability.
My practice is located in Camden Town, London, NW1 within 5 minutes of walk from Camden Road Overground Station, Camden Town, Euston, Kings Cross and Mornington Crescent tube stations.
