I offer both traditional psychotherapy, counselling and art psychotherapy, providing a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. My approach is empathic, authentic and tailored to your individual needs.
I offer both talking therapy and art psychotherapy in a safe, confidential space. Trauma is often a "wordless event" - art therapy helps give shape to what can't be put into words. I work with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions, with particular expertise in supporting parents through early parenthood.
Finding the right therapist is important. If you're looking for support through a difficult time or seeking deeper self-understanding, I'd welcome the opportunity to talk with you.
