How are you doing today? Sometimes life can be hard and we can struggle with feelings such as anxiety, stress, sadness or being lost. I provide you with a safe space where you can begin to understand yourself and your experiences that have brought you to this point. I can provide you with strategies to implement into your life, we can look at your past, spend time with your inner child or identify stressors and how to remove emotional triggers that make days difficult. I can work with you on your self esteem, help you feel more confident, help you to live the life you deserve, putting down guilt you may have been carrying.
I provide a non judgemental space where you will feel able to dig deep and find the origin of what you are feeling. I work with all issues but especially trauma both past and present, self esteem and self worth, finding your core wounds and connecting with your inner child.
