I work with individuals using Person-Centred Therapy and with couples using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, one of the most well researched approaches for relationship work available. Face to face in Cottingham, near Hull, and online. I offer a free 20 minute intro call, with weekdays, evenings and weekend appointments available.
I know it takes something to reach out. You might not be sure yet if therapy is right for you, or if I'm the right fit, and that's completely normal.
