Many clients seeking trauma therapy, anxiety therapy, or grief therapy often feel stuck and uncertain about whether therapy is the right choice for them, especially if they have never tried it before. I offer a personalised approach that doesn’t involve sitting in a room revisiting the past. Instead, we can walk together in nature, chat online, or talk over the phone.
In our first session, I ask clients about what brought them to therapy and how they’d like to be supported. I often incorporate body-awareness techniques and creative approaches, tailored to each individual’s needs, but only if clients feel comfortable with this.
I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can be overwhelming, but I prioritise creating a comfortable and supportive environment for all my clients. Many people experience moments of feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and navigating those challenges is much easier with guidance. Let’s work together to help you move forward at your own pace.
