After 10 years working as an integrative counsellor with individuals, my passion for understanding relationships and the ways we connect with one another led me to specialise in relationship and couples counselling. I believe every relationship has its own story, and therapy should be shaped around the people sitting in front of me—not around a predetermined model. My work is informed by attachment theory, an understanding of trauma and a focus on communication. You can expect a tailored, integrative approach in a warm safe space.
