I am an EMDR therapist, Counsellor and Trauma informed Therapist, with 20 years expereince. I offer psychological support across a variety of issues and my specilist areas are Trauma, complex PTSD, Grief and Loss, with an additional focus on Women’s health and the Menopause. I offer support on a short or long-term basis dependent on your specific needs. Whether your concern is in relation to recent or past events I offer you a safe and confidential environment to explore your issues working together to find solutions to help manage them better. I am BUPA and EAP recgisterred.
My therapeutic approach is integrative. Allowing flexibility to explore negative beliefs and identify ways to overcome 'blocks' and repetitive patterns of behaviour. Establishing tools and techniques to help understand and manage any unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviours which can trigger psychological and emotional distress
