I am an Counsellor, Trauma informed Therapist and EMDR Therapist. I am based in Canterbury area as well as being an ACTO approved Cyber/Online therapist. I work with a wide range of issues specialising in Trauma & Loss, with a special focus on Women’s health and the Menopause. I work with clients on a short and long-term basis. Whether your concern is in relation to recent events or to do with past experiences I offer a safe and confidential environment to explore and reflect and manage your issues. I am a BUPA and EAP recognised Therapist.
As a Trauma-informed therapist I recognise the impact of experiences that threaten a person’s sense of safety and wellbeing. Trauma can change how a person regulates their thoughts and feelings, and their ability to care for themselves emotionally and psychologically.
