Feeling alone with troubling thoughts and emotions can be incredibly difficult and isolating. I understand the additional challenge of finding the right person to open up to, and it can be a scary step to take. I am passionate about providing a relational, warm and accepting space for you to speak freely about what you're experiencing, for you to gain a better understanding of yourself, and a clearer sense of where you want to be.
I work in a sensitive, collaborative and professional way, that honours and respects your life experience and autonomy. My training was grounded in a person-centred approach which means I am led by you regarding what you want to discuss, what we explore, and we'll review our work regularly to ensure you're getting the support you feel you need.
I work with adults and young people 14+. I offer a free introductory session to give us a chance to meet and discuss what you are looking for. There is no pressure to continue if my style or experience does not fit with what you feel you need – I understand it is a very personal and important decision.
