Hello and welcome. My name is Debbie, and I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with many years of experience working with adults and young people aged 16 and above. Life can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or uncertain. You may be struggling with anxiety, anger, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, loss, depression, or suicidal thoughts. Whatever challenges you may be facing, I believe there is always hope for change and that, together, we can find a way through difficult times. My approach is relational and collaborative, I work both face-to-face and online via Zoom or Teams.
I am an Integrative psychotherapist with a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am an accredited member of the BACP. I have experience working alongside a range of organisations including social services and multi-agency, I am currently training as a Clinical Supervisor as part of my ongoing development
Seeking therapy can feel daunting, especially when life feels difficult or uncertain. I believe the therapist-client relationship is a collaborative one and you do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
