As an NCPS-accredited therapist, I work with both adults and young people, supporting clients compassionately in a non-judgmental space, customising therapy to meet each client's needs, whilst guiding them toward their goals at their own pace. I specialise in anger, stress, anxiety, grief, depression, relationships, and the impact of childhood trauma.  I offer an insight into CBT and share with clients the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviour, leading clients towards growth and improved emotional wellbeing.
I deeply understand the school-related challenges young people and parents face. With over 20 years of experience, I create a safe, nurturing environment for exploring their struggles, prioritising safeguarding throughout, whilst working collaboratively with parents towards a positive outcome.
I understand that taking that first step can feel scary, but I am here to support you every step of the way.
