Thank you for visiting my page. I am an adult and young person counsellor and an accredited member of the NCPS. My compassion, insightful approach, and experience enable me to use a range of therapeutic models to tailor therapy to suit the unique needs of everyone. I support my clients to lead the way toward their goals, at their pace, not mine. I specialise in support for stress management, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, relationship issues, anger, bullying, and the social pressures of today's busy society. In addition to private practice, I work with young people in schools supporting them through the challenges they face.
I offer clients an insight into psycho-education to support an understanding of the link between thoughts feelings and behaviours and how it is achievable for everyone to regain control. For many clients, mindfulness and other breathing and grounding techniques can assist in reducing distress levels aiding better sleep.
I understand that taking that first step can feel scary, but I am here to support you every step of the way. So whether you are struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, depression, or anything in between, I am here for you.
