I will tailor my sessions to suit your individual needs, whether that is talking with you, exploring past issues and events, exploring the social aspects of you life or working more creatively, to help work through whatever is bothering you.
Building a trusting relationship is key to successful therapy. It's important that you can talk to me and we can form a relationship.
