Being able to reflect and start to recognise our own emotions is the building foundation for emotional, mental and physical resilience.
I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and have worked within the psychodynamic field for over 12 years. I have worked extensively with children (12 – 19 yrs.) in trauma based psychodynamic approach within residential care setting. I have experience of group work with children, adults and family work.
I offer a private, safe and confidential space to talk about, explore and understand your concerns, issues or difficulties and previous life experiences. It can be hard making the first step and I offer a free initial chat prior to any assessment to try and ease the process for you.
