I offer emotional support that is impartial and non-judgmental, together we will explore the context for your worries by identifying the underlying causes and make real progress towards your goals in a sensitive way. My name is Debbie and I am a fully qualified, insured Integrative Psychotherapist.
I specialise in Early Relational Developmental trauma drawing on several counselling approaches tailoring methods to best help you. Please be assured you will be heard and received in a caring, empathic and valued way. You will lead the way with my support throughout and I will respect your autonomy about any decisions you make.
