Hello :) Are you looking for support around coming out? Transitioning? Questioning your gender, sexuality or other aspect of your identity? Recovering from experiences of harm? Or need a space that's welcoming of diversity so you can relax and get on with addressing what's going on for you? When we're unable to safely be our authentic selves we experience poor mental health, including challenges such as acute stress, anxiety, low mood and relationship stress. An affirmative and exploratory style of therapy such as this approach has helped many people to improve their self relationship, reduce distress & increase their well being.
I specialise in supporting those who are diverse around their gender, sexuality and/or relationships and those who are questioning. I have extensive experience and knowledge supporting around mental health.I hold a Masters in Gender & Sexuality and am Pink Therapy advanced accredited and BACP senior accredited so you can be assured of a professional service.
It can feel hard to start counselling for the first time, or to reach out after a bad experience. I'm here to make the process as welcoming as possible. You can be sure of a warm, ethical, professional experience that respects your individuality. I'm also a qualified experienced supervisor.
