I have helped many clients recover from anxiety disorders, depression and self-esteem issues. I have helped clients work on relationship issues so that they are able to live in harmony with others. Most of the issues faced derive from fear, guilt, shame, envy etc. We will work together with your presenting issues and we will also journey into your past to see if we can get to the root of why you feel the way you do and together we will work through any triggers so that your life becomes more manageable. There is nothing more enlightening than self discovery and becoming a more confident version of yourself is extremely empowering.
I am a BA (Hons) qualified Integrative counsellor, although I do favour the Psychodynamic approach. I find working psychodynamicly is extremely effective for long term recovery. However, since my counselling skills are versatile this enables me to work with each client meeting their individual needs.
It can be a daunting task trying to find the right therapist when you are already feeling unwell. I can offer you a confidential, empathic, non judgemental space where we can explore and free associate with anything you wish to discuss. I am warm and kind and respect the autonomy and individuality of each of my clients.
