I’m an HCPC-registered Psychologist with a passion for supporting young adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Over the years, I’ve worked across education, health, social care, and charity sectors with people from all walks of life. Alongside my private practice, I also work as a Principal Psychologist within an NHS Mental Health Service.
I believe the experiences we carry and the social worlds we grow up in shape how we see ourselves and connect with others. These influences often feel hidden—yet they can profoundly impact our identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
I offer both individual and group psychotherapy. My preferred therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, but I have the training, skills and experience to draw upon a range of psychological models to best meet your needs.
At present, I am at full capacity with 1:1 therapy but would encourage you to consider group therapy.
Group therapy is proven to be as effective as individual therapy and in some areas even more so - for example, if you are feeling isolated, have relationship difficulties and/or would like to learn from others and their experiences.

Group Therapy for Young Adults
Are you experiencing difficulties in relationships or perhaps struggling to adjust to change or finding yourself isolated? Do you have questions or face challenges relating to aspects of your identity? If so, this group could be for you. Group Therapy is a powerful medium for connection, belonging, mutual respect and understanding. The insights gained in the group can be transferred to support important relationships and address life goals outside of the group. All new members will be supported through a series of individual meetings before joining the group.
