I am a HCPC registered Psychologist who specialises in supporting teens and young adults 14 to 25 years old. I have helped young people with various difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationships, loss as well as life transitions and identity. I can draw upon a range of evidence based psychological approaches to meet needs and achieve personal goals. I offer individual as well as group psychotherapy.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental therapeutic space to think about your concerns, minimise your distress and enhance your capacity to cope; ultimately so you can get the most from your life. If required, I am also skilled at working with your network such as family, school/college/university through consultation and training.
Starting therapy can be daunting and finding the right therapist for you is important. Please get in contact for an initial consultation to think further about your needs and what would be helpful.

Group Therapy for Young Adults (18 - 26 years old)
Are you often finding yourself feeling sad, worried, stressed or angry? Are you experiencing difficulties in relationships or perhaps struggling to adjust to change or finding yourself isolated? Do you have questions or face challenges relating to aspects of your identity? If so, this group could be for you. Group Therapy is a powerful medium for processing, connection, belonging, mutual respect and understanding. The benefits, insights and learning gained in the group can be transferred to support interactions and important relationships outside of the group.
