I am a Child, Community and Educational Psychologist who specialises in supporting young people 14 to 25 years old. I have supported young people with various difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationships, loss as well as life transitions and identity. I can draw upon a range of evidence based psychological approaches to meet your needs and achieve your personal goals.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental therapeutic space to think about your concerns, minimise your distress and enhance your capacity to cope; ultimately so you can get the most from your life. If required, I am also skilled at working with your network such as family, school/college/university through consultation and training.
Starting therapy can be daunting and finding the right therapist for you is important. Please get in contact for an initial consultation to think further about your needs and what would be helpful.
