Dialectical Behaviour Therapy is a twice weekly programme for people who experience difficulties in regulating emotions, including those diagnosed with borderline personality disorder (BPD). It entails weekly individual therapy and skills classes. If intense emotions, distress or problematic behaviours interfere with your ability to be an effective human being DBT might be just what's needed. It will assist you in coping effectively with self-harm, extreme emotional sensitivity, mood swings, ADHD, eating difficulties, anger, depression, anxiety, intense relationships, impulsivity, and ultimately in building a satisfying life. We offer 9 DBT groups each week - for details please go to www.mind-reframed.com/dbtskills.
