Hi, I'm Dayyanah, a Chartered Health Psychologist. I help people across all areas related to health and wellbeing, in particular issues arising from postpartum including depression, motherhood issues, career transition and motivation. My work uses a therapeutic approach that will best fit my client.
Drawing from different therapeutic models including ACT, CBT and mindfulness, I will help you to learn how to see things from a new perspective, identify unhelpful coping strategies and replace them with more helpful ones. All therapy is tailored to your needs and goals.
