At the heart of my therapy is my belief that each of us, and our unique experience of the world is complex, nuanced, and not binary in anyway.
I value real, honest dialogue and genuine meeting so we can linger and be curious about what is happening for you. I often work with past traumas, family issues, and feelings of self worth. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I offer a non judgemental place to explore your reality from.
Sometimes we don't know where to begin, find it hard to find the words, or feel it's hard to be understood. My practice can be more than talking, I embrace creative non-verbal ways of working, always at a pace, that works for you. My office is in Newark and easily accessible by train from Grantham, Lincoln, or Nottingham, with free parking onsite.
