Hi, Over the past 14 years,myself & my practice have helped individuals and couples with issues including: trauma, bereavement, generalized anxiety, depression, low self esteem, OCD, problem drinking and drug use, personality disorder, anger management, work-related stress, as well as many couples seeking help with relationship breakdowns, difficulties and changes.
