Having worked within the NHS for over 20 years supporting all aspects of women’s health and well being, including trauma, anxiety and depression, I am well positioned to help you therapeutically to explore the ways your thoughts, feelings and behaviours may be getting in the way of you living a more fulfilled and happy life.
I will provide you with a warm, safe, non-judgemental space to share your personal issues. Together we will work to improve your happiness, well being and sense of self. I trained in Gestalt therapy, which focuses on the present moment, rather than past experience and increases awareness and self direction.
